Help Transform Central Lake’s Waterfront

Investing in Community, Accessibility & Water Stewardship

Paddle Antrim, in partnership with the Village of Central Lake, is launching an exciting initiative to revitalize the Central Lake waterfront—enhancing access, promoting stewardship, and deepening community connections to the Chain of Lakes Water Trail.

Why This Matters

The Chain of Lakes Water Trail is a vital natural asset connecting people, communities, and ecosystems. After years of planning and community input, this project will reflect what matters most:

– ✅ Stewardship: Shoreline protection, boat wash stations, and environmental education.
– ✅ Accessibility: ADA-accessible restrooms, launches, and pathways.
– ✅ Safety & Navigation: New signage, no-wake zones, and user separation.
– ✅ Community Connections: Secure kayak storage, shuttle service, and easier access to food and drink.

“This is more than an infrastructure project. It’s an investment in the health of our waters and the vibrancy of our community.”
