2018 Festival Community Events

Thursday, Sept. 13th – 5:30 – 8:00 pm – Ellsworth River Park, 6625 Bridge St, Ellsworth, MI– Ellsworth is kicking off the Paddle Antrim Festival in style! The entire community is invited to join us for a fun evening with live music by Kellerville and great food from The Cantina Food Truck! Paddlers can stop by River Park for early check in and to drop off their kayak and then join in for a relaxing evening with new and old friends. It’s a great way to start the weekend off right!



Friday, Sept. 14th – 2:00 – 5:00 pm – Bellaire Richardi Park, 100 E. Antrim St, Bellaire, MI –
We will be celebrating in Bellaire after the first day of paddling with live music by Kenny Thompson, refreshments and lawn games.

Hosted by the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce with support from Family Fare & DTE Energy Foundation


Saturday – 3:00 – 9:00 pm –  Short’s Production Facility  211 Industrial Park, Elk Rapids – Come celebrate our amazing waterways and communities at the 4th Annual Paddle Antrim Final Bash!

Whether you’ve been paddling, spectating or are simply looking for a great way to spend a September Saturday, join us at the Short’s Brewing Company Production Facility as we end the Paddle Antrim Festival weekend with a bang! We welcome participants, families, friends and the entire community for food from Pearl’s New Orleans Kitchen, live music by The Pistil Whips & The Sleeping Gypsies and games for the entire family in downtown Elk Rapids. We will also recognize our “Hall of Fame” paddlers who completed the entire route both days.

Tickets are available at the gate, $5.00 each (free for those under 12 years of age). All paddlers and volunteers receive free admission. Cash/credit okay for entry and beer. Food is cash only!
